By accessing or using ContentForge ("the Service"), operated by Autonomous Revenue Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
ContentForge is a content transformation tool that uses AI to repurpose text content for multiple platforms and formats. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with both free and paid tiers.
To use ContentForge, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use ContentForge to:
Your Content: You retain full ownership of any content you submit to ContentForge for transformation. We do not claim any ownership rights over your input or output content.
Output Content: The transformed content generated by ContentForge is yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
No Storage: ContentForge processes your content in real time and does not store your submitted or generated content on our servers.
Free Tier: ContentForge offers a limited free tier with a set number of transformations per month. Free tier limits may change at our discretion.
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to ContentForge. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
ContentForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
ContentForge uses artificial intelligence to transform content. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended variations. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
The ContentForge name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Autonomous Revenue Labs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of ContentForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
